Frequently asked questions
I can't log in. What do I do?
If you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple, use that same button to log in. If you still can't get in, email support from the address linked to your account and tell us your username.
How do I make my account private?
Turn on the private account option in your account settings. After that, only followers you approve can see your posts, and new followers need your approval.
How do I stop someone from contacting me?
Open their profile and choose Block. You and that person will no longer see each other. You can also restrict or mute accounts, and choose who can message you.
How do I turn off comments on a post?
Open the options on your post and switch comments off. You can also delete any comment on your own posts, or hide a comment just for yourself.
Why can't I post more than 3 listings?
New accounts can have 3 active listings during their first 30 days. This helps protect buyers from scams. The limit goes up after that.
How do I get the Verified Seller badge?
Complete 10 confirmed sales with different buyers. In each sale, you mark the listing as sold in chat and the buyer confirms it. The badge is added automatically.
My listing disappeared. Why?
Listings expire after a set time, and a listing reported by 3 people is hidden while we review it. Some listings also need approval before they appear. Email us if you think it was a mistake.
Which birds does the Genetic Calculator support?
Lovebirds and Ringnecks. Pick the colour mutations of both parents to see the expected chicks, and save pairings you want to keep.
Is the Bird Care Assistant a vet?
No. It gives general care information and can make mistakes. If your bird is sick or injured, contact an avian vet.
How do I change what I see in Reels?
Open Reels and use Your algorithm to pick topics you want more or less of. The Friends tab shows reels liked by people you follow.
How do I turn off notifications?
Open the menu and go to Notification Settings. You can turn each type of notification on or off.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. Your account is deleted straight away. No app? Follow the email steps on our Data Deletion page; we complete email requests within 30 days.
