You own your content
You keep the rights to the photos, videos and text you post on Birds Galaxy. Only post content you created yourself, or content you have permission to share. When sharing someone else's content with their permission, credit them.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on Birds Galaxy uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the subject Copyright report and include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A description of your original work, and where it can be found.
- A link to the content on Birds Galaxy, or the username and a description of the post.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate, and that you own the work or are allowed to act for the owner.
- Your signature (typing your full name is fine).
We will review the report and remove the content if it infringes.
If your content was removed
If your content was removed because of a copyright report and you believe it was a mistake, or you have permission to use it, email us with the subject Copyright counter-notice. Include a link or description of the removed content, the reason you believe it was removed by mistake, and your full name and contact details. We may share your counter-notice with the person who made the report.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post content that infringes other people's copyright will be removed.
Birds Galaxy name and logo
The Birds Galaxy name, the BG logo and the app's design belong to Birds Galaxy. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
False reports
Sending a false copyright report on purpose may lead to your account being removed.
